安达金融提供外币兑换及国际转帐业务，属于该法律适用的金融实体。因此，我们有义务按照该法案的规定向澳洲政府机构AUSTRAC申报所有相关的交易，并按照风险为导向申报我们认为可能涉及洗钱或恐怖主义金融活动的交易。
